New Order Button right here on Sheryl Brown Art blog!

Oh baby! I figured out how to configure some Paypal code to create a button to order art straight off my art blog here, hoorayyyy!! Slightly overdue, I'm sure....

Only thing is, I could only put 10 paintings for you to choose from in the drop down box, but no worries there. You can tell me over the phone or email the one you really want.

Actually, now that I think of it, there is supposed to be a comment box where you can write your two bits. You can still use the PayPal feature - just make a selection to match the format and price you want. And I'll be sure to confirm the art you want before I send it.

Anything you see on my website is fair game. Though I already have 20 selections already scanned and ready to go (and many of those in stock), it is fairly easy for me to take new ones down the road to my repro guy, Scott's place and get them professionally scanned. It would just add some days to the turn-around time.

So, order now, and let me know your experience. Hopefully, it will be smooth as silk! Be sure to leave some comments in the comment box, including your phone number so I can keep you apprised of the progress of your order.

While I do have a fair number of fine art giclee reproductions in stock at the moment, that will fluctuate from one week to the next, depending on the orders I receive. If I don't have it in stock, it probably won't take that long to order (unless Scott is on vacation!).

Come visit me on my Sheryl Brown Art page on Facebook! You don't have to be on Facebook to see it.

http://www.facebook.com/SherylBrownArt (For some reason this link in the post is not working, but the one in the column to the right IS working =========> )

See you there!!

PS Oh, and I do take Visa/Mastercard debit/credit cards over the phone if you don't want to use PayPal.

Deb's Delight - Taking in "Peaceful Pastels"

This testimonial from Deb Korte speaks for itself!

"Every time I saw Sheryl's "Peaceful Pastels" in her sample book I immediately let out a huge relaxing sigh. After it having the same effect over and over again, I knew I needed to purchase it. I now have it on the wall directly above my nightstand so when I walk towards my bed in the evening, I see it, and have a nice relaxing sigh as I pull back the covers. What a lovely way to color my dreams. Thank you Sheryl!!"

Thank you so much, Deb - makes me take a deep breath and feel peaceful just reading your words!

Here's the man behind the scenes on his computer making all the edits for a high quality product, and with his lovely wife, Tomoko (also involved in production), on the right.

I've gotten into the habit of calling Scott "my repro guy" for short, but let me tell you, it's worth saying the full name, Bellevue Fine Art Reproduction, because Scott is all about quality.

It will be a year this coming February when I first went to his studio, clutching "Cloud Dance" in hand to be my first painting reproduced, and not wanting to leave it behind. (Since then, 19 more followed suit, with more itching to join the ranks!)

That was when I had the rare treat to watch the whole process of taking the digital scan of the painting, and even looking over Scott's shoulder to see how he does the edits to tweak the color on the computer. A proof is sent to the printer, and Voila! You see what you get!

When you order directly from the shopping cart on Scott's website, you will still get your artwork personally signed by me before shipping since we're local.

Happy shopping!

And PS to any other aspiring artists, I highly recommend you go to Scott to get your art scanned. Even if you don't plan to sell it, it's a good way to archive and protect it. You can find all his contact info on his website.
